No,it is not Chinese company.Flipkart sold it's 82% of the share to the American company Walmart.It was founded by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal.So after all we can say that it is not a Chinese company.

" but their average income is still quite a bit lower than Western countries. Chinese companies make products  capture the lower end of the market because that's their target.Their whole mass manufacturing process centers around cutting corners and making profits of low prices.
